While our Independent Affiliates might have costs or fees associated with their services or products, depending on their individual circumstance, virtually everything we do, or offer, as an organization is done (or offered) free of charge.  That is why your donations are so very important to us.  We truly need your contributions and appreciate everyone whose support allows us to do everything we do.  Thank you.

"Our greatest difficulty is this.  We endeavor to get people to look at God, not at us.  We are not the answer.  God is the answer.  Still, we need people to see enough of us to garner support for all we do."

501c3
INFORMATION

The Teaching & Sharing Centers is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. The funds you entrust to us are prayerfully and responsibly managed.

When did the T&SC receive IRS Certification?

In December 2005 the IRS issued a determination letter recognizing the T&SC as a 501c3 organization (public charity) as of November 19th 2004.

What does being a 501c3, tax-exempt organization mean?

The term "tax-exempt," when used in reference to nonprofit organizations, generally refers to the net profits (proceeds over and above expenses) of an organization being exempt from federal and/or state income tax.  While a nonprofit organization can be established by incorporating, the entity is not automatically tax-exempt upon creation with the state.  Tax-exemption can usually be achieved only through applying for and receiving Internal Revenue Service (IRS) approval.

Are my donations tax deductible?

Yes — because the T&SC is a 501c3 tax-exempt organization, your donation is totally deductible to the full amount allowed by law.  Please check with your tax preparer for specifics.
